Fairview has its own front door with stairs leading to the living/dining room which has views of the Garrison, Peninnis Head and Porthcressa Bay. This adjoins a well equipped, galley style kitchen which has extensive views including the harbour, Bryher, Tresco, Round Island, St Helens, Tean and St Martins (and a little bit of Samson!). A small corridor off the living room leads to the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Bedroom 1 has a double bed (4’6”) with ensuite shower room (shower, toilet, sink). Bedroom 2 is slightly larger with a kingsize (5ft) bed that can also be configured as twin single beds if required. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.

Fairview has super fast fibre broadband, a bluetooth speaker, radio, DVD/CD player and a ‘smart’ TV with access to popular apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer etc.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

A laundry room with a coin operated washing machine and dryer is located in a separate building near the entrance to Fairview.
